Well, if we keep in mind that God may forgive anyone anything because it is his will to do so, then yes he can be forgiven.
Unfortunately, man is limited in his wisdom and understandings and we can only make assumeptions based on mans knowledge. We cannot know the mind of God.

Well he's actually never lost his status as an Angel, b/c that's what he is but he's now a fallen angel with a totally new nature. Within his nature it's impossible for him to repent, especially seeing all of the people he's led astray in the world. Don't think it's never crossed his mind, b/c Rev. 12 chronicles him trying to FIGHT his way back into Heaven, yet he fell sooo far from grace his place will never be found again...

No. Technically CAN he be forgiven? Yes...God CAN do anything. But unlike us, Satan knew who God was from the very start, knew what was at stake if he fell, and still-knowing that he could never ever come back-he chose to be a fallen angel. So God WON'T but COULD forgive him.

There are hundreds of thousands of Fallen Arch Angels, not just ONE! God bunched them all together and called them Satan! So God is the one who should ask for forgiveness since he had NO right whatsoever to cast them down.

This question is invalid because Satan has already rejected God.
