Better yet, how did the polar bears get on the Ark? Did Noah make a quick detour by the poles, or did the polar bears swim to the Middle East?

The Bible says water came up as well as fell from the sky. Some of the planet's major aquifers may have collapsed. A lot of things got pushed around. One theory of the presence of our moon is that it is a capture rogue planetoid and a part of Earth. We won't know for sure until we sufficiently sample other planets and see if the also match the Earth and Moon.

I imagine that after Armageddon, when we have 100% of our ability to process data, rather than the 5-10% we have now, we may better understand what took place. We will be using a brain that could only have been created, not evolved, as it has the storage capacity to continue creating synaptic connectors and memory bond to last over 10,000 years. If evolved, did we once live that long and have de-evolved since?

It is common to find marine fossils above the tree line in many places around the world. The Himalayan range is still growing, so these mountains weren't always so tall. There are ocean trenches deeper than Everest is tall. A recent discovery of a subterranean ocean larger than the arctic ocean in the earth's mantel testifies that there is plenty of reserve water to do the job.

So, is it possible that the land at the top of these mountains were once under water....absolutely. It would be reasonable to say even probable.

Sky television recently claimed that global warming would raise sea level by thirty metres - UN says 27 inches! But there is simply not enough ice and water on the planet to give a rise in sea level of thirty metres let alone tickle Everest and K2!!

Consider for a moment that the creation story and the noahic flood story were not written originally as historical text. In their true Hebrew form, they are written as a song (much like the Psalms). So it's very hard to say what has really happened in all of it.

The Bible says that the entire Earth was covered by the waters of the Flood, so I'd say everything was underwater!

How do you figure? All the water on earth wouldnt submerge the earth up to 25thousand feet? Not sure where your getting your facts but your assumptions are very stupid.

Well, if Everest wasn't then please explain who put the billions of clam, scallop, oyster, urchin and other sea shells up there. Because as far as I knew, it was hard enough carrying yourself up Mount Everest let alone bags of seashells. The topmost 200 feet of Everest are nothing but seashells. So, do you honestly believe some fool carried billions of shells up Mount Everest?
