I call bad days training days when God wants me to learn something. I pray when I am in the valley for God to teach me what I need to know so I can hurry up and get back on the mountaintop. Knowing bad days are temporary helps a lot. When you get out of bed in the morning you can choose to be glad or to be sad. Without sorrow or hard times it would be hard to really understand joy and good times. Have a great day. Mmm

It's a bad day that everyone can relate to.
I have heard once that if you think positive life will treat you with an open mind, if you think negative life will create that feeling. Keep your head up and just remember that what you are going through someone else went through and someone will soon be going through it.
God never gives you more than you can handle. He knows your strength and he's just waiting for you to realize how strong you are.
