Even when i go to bed early i wake up late

You need to get into a routine and make sure your bed & bedroom are as tranquil/peaceful/comfortable as possible.

Fresh bed linen - change your sheets once a week.
Dark room - it's scientifically proven that you will get a better nights sleep if there is no light polution in the room.
Have a warm drink before you go to bed.
Don't use any computer games or the computer before bed-time, as this can make your brain really active.

Oh, and use an alarm clock - for obvious reasons!! LOL!!

i hate to break it to you but the best way to wake up is an alarm clock. if you find that this doesnt work and you just turn it back off then set leave it on the other side of the room that way you have no choice but to get out of bed to turn it off, this will make you wake up. if your still drowsy after that then just do something like, erm...fall down the stairs. this will get the nearotransmitter adrenaline flowing whichis exicatory (makes your nerves work faster) which means you cant help but wake up!

I try to visualise a clock and what time i want to wake up. I always wake up 2 or 3 minutes earlier than I have to. Could be your low in iron as that makes me drowsy and tired sometimes.

Leave your shades/curtains open and it will wake you up early. Also, stretching (even in bed) will begin the process of blood circulation, therefore waking you up

Put up several alarm clocks around your room, leave the curtains open, so the sunlight wakes you up aswell.
Maybe you can make a chart for yourself and each week you can treat yourself to something nice if all was ticked...

the best way is to wake up alive--lol--but, seriously if u hav time to wake up slowly would be wonderful to me instead of jumping straight up out of bed and rushing to do 5 things a one time.

You need to get one of them radio-clock alarms. Set it to play your favorite enrgetic dancing type song as your alarm and you will be up like a shot. Also its the best way to start the day!!!

set alarm on the other side of your room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off. the more annoying the alarm signal the faster ul get up

take a shower before u go to bed, and eat atleast 3 hours before going to bed. also try green tea
