You should always be up to date with Tetanus, Polio and Diptheria booster, wherever you go, and even if you never leave your home town. Hepatitis A and Typhoid would be a good precaution if you are going to any remote areas. Some southern areas are malarial. If you stay in the cities, are careful about what you eat and drink, you don't need any vaccinations. The person who said "smallpox" is ignorant - its eradicated from the world. The last case of smallpox in the United States was in 1949. The last naturally occurring case in the world was in Somalia in 1977. After the disease was eliminated from the world, routine vaccination against smallpox among the general public was stopped because it was no longer necessary for prevention.

Needed? None required. Below is the recommended.

I would definitely make sure you tetanus-diptheria is up to date, maybe Hepatitis A. If you are going to an area where there are mosquitoes, then I would consider the others. The CDC has listed the conditions under which each vaccination would be suggested.

Have a good trip.
