I use a wooden fork to stir spaghetti. Then cook the sauce in a pot, as I make it from scratch and it's usually full of meatballs and sausage.

I stir the spag with a wooden spoon. Make sure u do stir it well tho otherwise ul get loads of clumps of spaghetti! has happened many times! and with the tomato sauce it depends what the bowl is made out of. if u just used a nomal china bowl, it will be fine as u dont need to put it in the microwave 4 v.long. alternatively, have a takeaway n keep the plastic pots the food comes in- those things can withstand anything!!!

Personally I just use whatever is to hand, it doesn't seem to make the slightest difference, although cookery writers seem to advice otherwise. But dishing it out onto the serving plate is another, it helps a lot if you use the special tool that catches firmly the strands for easier handling.

Tomato sauce can be heated in microwave in any bowl or pot as long as it's not made of metal. There are also special plastic were for microwave use.

Well

The best way four your sauce is a pot with a lid

and let it simmer, as for your spaghetti either

is fine it is up to the cook.

Here is a hint thoe, when cooking your spaghetti

don't put any oil in the pot while it is boiling

use a little salt ,after it is done pour it in a colander

drizzle some xtra virgin olive oil over it and let it

drain a bit , you will see the oil will bring out the

wonder flavor of the spaghetti, for it has its own

wonder flavor , and I'm sure you will please your loved ones

and guests. Good luck and enjoy !

PS. A sure way to know when its done , throw a st ran

at a wall if it sticks it is surely done !

I always use a pasta spoon to stir spaghetti while cooking. I also heat my sauce on the stove rather than in the microwave, because it tends to pop in the microwave and make a mess.

i would think anything you can get your hand on. using metal spoon or fork might be a bad idea because of the hot steam. use something with long handle

sauce - due to the acidity of the sauce, is best you use something that is appropriate like pyrex or stainless steel pot.

if you are microwaving, make sure you use microwave proof and heat, stir in between, heat....temp check 165 degree f and let rest for 20 sec before serving.

If u are boiling spaghhetti, i find a wooden spoon works best. Also with the sauce, i would make sure it is at room temperature and when the spaghhetti is ready, strain it put it into a serving dish and mix the room temp. sauce, no heating the sauce, the spaghhetti does that.

I always use a wooden spoon. It's really just a matter of preference.
As for the sauce, I always heat it on the stove in a pot.

Firstly: I love making spaghetti and it tastes delicious when done right.

Step (1) (If using hamburger meat) Take thawed meat and cook it till brown all the way through. After you finish, let it sit, tilting the pan at a 45 degree angle to let the grease settle on one side (you can use a paper towel to sponge up the cooled grease)

Step (2) Boil about 4 cups of water in a pot (leaving about 2-3 cups of water's room) after boiling, add spaghetti (and a little olive oil to keep noodles from sticking to much) cook till the noodles become slightly limp. (stirring everyone once in a while with a wooden spoon)

Step (3) Add sauce to the pan with meat in it and simmer for about 3-4 minutes.

Step (4) Drain the noodles and dump them right in with the meat and sauce. (If you like them separate, just serve up the noodles and pour the meat/sauce right on top.

Enjoy!

I use a fork to stir the spaghetti and add a little Smart Balance margarine to keep it from sticking. I generally brown some ground beef and onions and then pour the spaghetti sauce in with the meat and simmer for a while.
