what are some good exercises that banish fat on my thighs. i dont have any money to spend. help me!

Try squats and lunges to target your fat in your thighs.

Remember that when you excercise a certain part of your body, it will actually "get bigger" (because of muscle development) !

Try running and swimming for all-around goodness =)

Change your diet too! More water, fruits, and veggies; less meat, breads, and fatty foods. Good luck!

What will help you without a doubt is doing squats, deadlifts, lunges, stair climber, interval running, sprints. Throw in some chest presses, and back rows/pullups/pulldowns, and you got yourself a full body workout that will transform your body to what you want it to look like.

Fix up your diet also ie: nothing that comes in a box that is processed 1000 times, no white bread products, no sugar, no salt. This alone followed by snacking in between meals with almonds and fruit will rev up your metabolism and help you get fit for life.

no need to spend money. you can jog when you have time in or around a park or something. try exercising 45 min 5 times a week.

Running & power walking help the thighs. Also, running up & down stairs will really work them as well !

Pilates - It tones everywhere and jog or walk up stairs and swimming can help.
