No. Your breakfast is devoid of protein. People are in starvation mode when they wake up in the morning and remaining in starvation mode longer (such as having a deficient breakfast) will cause your resting metabolic rate to plummet even more than it already has.

It takes just as much time to put cottage cheese and some boxes of raisins in a lunch bag (or yogurt and fruit) as it takes to pack the crackers.

Here is a healthy foods list and a sample meal plan.

Its not the quantity its the quality of the food you should keep in mind. A boiled egg, 1/2 apple, and 1 cup of milk is better than a breakfast value meal at a fast food restaurant. I wouldn't worry as long as the food you choose is packed with enough vital nutrients.

Sounds good to me! Have you ever noticed those yogurt coated raisins? There is some calcium for you, too. And they are really tasty.

That looks pretty good to me. Check your labels for carb, sugar etc. If it's high on these, you could be getting really big stomach grumbles by lunch. Make sure fiber is big on the list to ensure it'll last longer. Good luck.

It's what ever gets you through to the next meal, right - as long as it is has some nutrition in it. If your stomach is growling too soon before lunch then you know, despite what you think you need, your stomach needs more.

That's sounds OK. I only have a nutrigrain cereal bar for breakfast. That's also portable.

Pretty good. You have the whole grains, the raisins and another fruit. Yes, pretty good.
