When first installing firefox, it gave me the options to import IE favorites into it.

I still use IE as much as FireFox and want my 'Favorites' to show up the same in both programs... is there a way to take my entire IE favorites and re-import them into firefox? If so.. how?

In Firefox, go to Bookmarks / Organize Bookmarks / File / Import - all from the menu bar. When you do that, just follow the rest of the import wizard.

Or, File / Import.

Yes, go into Bookmarks - Organise Bookmarks to open the Bookmark Manager.

Then click File - Import and select Microsoft Internet Explorer. Follow the wizard through and it will import for you.

Here is a Firefox extension that will keep them in sync. I have not tried it and there may be others.
