At Animal Shelters. You can look up in the phone book for one that is near you, and ring up to ask if they have any white kittens. I got my cat that way (mine is ginger). The cost is pretty cheap, covering the vaccines, spaying, and microchipping.

My cat is a beautiful all white with green eyes, she is pregnant and should give birth within a week or two, so in about 6 weeks you could have an all white kitten for free. Let me know if you would like to wait for the kittens and how to get in touch with you if so.

Your local animal shelter. Or check the newspapers for a free kittens ad: There just might be a pure white one there.

Your local shelter always has great cats! Get your phone book and start calling places, the day is still early!

When you get a kitten from the shelter, all you do is pay for its shots, which is usually about $40.00

Go to petfinder.com they have a huge selection at reasonable prices which also includes the shots and sometimes sterilization.
Shelter pets need a home more than pet stores or breeders need your money. Save a life and adopt instead.

Look in classifieds and on craigslist in your area. Never buy a cat! Someone is always trying to give them away.
