i'm still getting night sweats but everything else is fine does this mean the antibitoic is working?

Call the pharmacy and/or doctor! I've taken that medicine before and never had that issue but everyone is different. You should be nearing the end of the time for use of it.

I always get night sweats when I take antibiotics. I've considered it a way of the drug cleaning out my system. My dr was never alarmed by it.

If you are getting night sweats please update your doc as this is not normal. Either you are having a reaction to the medication or something else is wrong.
