There is nothing wrong with sex or how you do it as long as it is accordance with the Gods laws.
You have to be married. Christians can have sexual fun with there partner and do what they will amongst themselves. That is the difference between us and those that do not acknoledge Gods laws. We get to do the same things in out relationships but there is no eternal or temporal punishment.
We cannot have partners or I should say open relationships or anything like that.
It is consicrated for a man or a wife to use the powers of pro creation and sexual enjoyment together and thats it. There were some cases in the bible of plural marriage and things like that but they were ordained of God for very specific reasons.

Are we against sex? no not at all.
Are we against the miss-use of it? Yes.
God has laid out for us his plans for sex. And it is something that should be set aside for marriage.
Think of this. If every one waited to have sex untill marriage the number of STD's would drop dramatically over night.
If every one only had sex in marriage that would mean the STD some one caught while cheating on their husband or wife would never have even been caught.
Gods plans some times sound odd .. WHAT?? NO SEX TILL IM MARRIED??? but they have always been for our best.
YES no sex untill your married and if you both wait, then your life will be healthier.
So no, were not against it. were against it being miss used and support Gods plan for it.

The "Christians hate sex" and the "sex is not for fun, but only procreation" arguments are an example of people applying their own prejudices to Scripture. (It is similar to denominations banning dancing even though Scripture speaks quite favorably of dancing before the Lord.)
Sex is a beautiful, holy, and fun thing shared between a man and his wife. "Song Of Solomon" is an entire book of the Bible about sex! (Even though there are those who try to say "No, it's about Jesus and the Church" it is QUITE apparent that the book is about marital relations.) Rav Sha'ul (the Apostle Paul) even said to make sure not to deprive your spouse of sex (unless you are in a time of fasting).
Sex, in its proper place and time, is awesome and was created by God to be as such. This answer comes from a hardcore conservative Bible-literalist.

God created sex as one of the best things for a man and a woman. Sex is seen as the joining of two. Two become one. It is seen as the joining of souls and this is why Christians are against sex before marriage, not sex in general. When you have casual sex with just anybody you are involving your soul. It is not seen as disgusting, but definitely not God's plan and therefore not the best situation. Sex is highly valued in marriage.

God created Adam and Eve to have sex with each other because He sanctified their union. He told them to 'be fruitful and multiply' and they did.
In a sanctified union between a man and a women sex is encouraged. Read the New Testament, especially the letters of Paul.
Sex is only wrong before marriage as it is fornication or extra-marital as it is adultery or between two of the same sex as it is homosexuality.

A Christian is a Christian.. sex before marriage is wrong! Fornication is wrong!
True many still commit this sin... but as Christians we have to accept all of the Word and not parts that are convenient to our lifestyles!

They're not against sex. Rather, they're against the demonizing of sex through carnality (premarital sex, sodomy and etc.). If they were against sex, they couldn't procreate in the manner ordained by God, and would no longer be Christian, for they would be practicing sexual conduct based on personal morality instead of God's Word.

Who made sex? Who made it GREAT? God! In marriage of course.
There was a study done on what group of women were having the best sex. The winner? Christian women! The study was later called, "Revenge of the church ladies!" Really!

Just read the Song of Solomon - Some of these religious anti-sex Zealots forget that this book is in thier Bible
God Created Sex and for it to be enjoyed according to HIS standards and within certain boundaries. Not to limit us, but to protect us and enusre that our love and experience with our mate is all that it can be.
for example
Song 1:13 My beloved is unto me as a bundle of myrrh, That lieth betwixt my breasts.
Song 7:7 This thy stature is like to a palm tree, and thy breasts to clusters of grapes.
Song 7:8 I said, I will go up to the palm tree, I will take hold of the boughs thereof: now also thy breasts shall be as clusters of the vine, and the smell of thy nose like apples;
Song 4:5 Thy two breasts are like two young roes that are twins, which feed among the lilies.
Song 7:3 Thy two breasts are like two young roes that are twins.
Song 8:1 O that thou wert as my brother, that sucked the breasts of my mother! when I should find thee without, I would kiss thee; yea, I should not be despised. {I should not...: Heb. they should not despise me}
Song 8:10 I am a wall, and my breasts like towers: then was I in his eyes as one that found favour.
