I actually just heard today that the no1 cause of headaches is dehydration. Try to drink a glass or two of water before you go to bed and see in the morning..If this problem persists i suggest you see a neurologist..

Go to your dentist. It sounds like you have TMJ. That means you grind your teeth or clench your jaw when you are sleeping. It causes headaches in the morning and can also cause migraines. There is no cure and the times it seems the worst is during times of stress. Your dentist may be able to prescribe something for the pain, like an antiinflamatory medicine. Good luck. Mine usually last a couple of weeks.
The other possibility is that you are taking too much medicine for your migraines and you are having rebound headaches. You can become dependent on some medicines.
If it is not TMJ then go see a neurologist to help with the headaches.

It is probably something with how you sleep. Make sure your bed is comfortable. Have you tried a down mattress pad? They are awesome and you sink into a warm bed.
Also pillows are key. I have tried the expensive Tempupedic pillows (~$150) but really didn't care for them that much. I prefer the Buckwheat shell pillows ($80) that your head just sinks into perfectly. Down pillows are very popular too. Obviously it is a personal choice, but how your head and neck are positioned during the night is very important if you have headaches. Try a few different ones to find one you really like.
Also make sure the room is dark and hopefully quiet.
Sleeping with someone tends to make me sleep less well (less room, someone else moving around etc) but makes up for it in other ways. Great sex is the best way to ensure a good night sleep (but I'm married so I can't offer any assistance there). Do it yourself you have to, it will stimulate more restful dreams and has other rewards.
It is also possible that you are allergic to something in your bedroom. This would require some medical help in pinpointing, but if you sleep well and still wake up with headaches is a likely cause. (many people are allergic to the dust which comes from down).
Aspirin or coffee in the morning helps when you do wake up with a headache. Sometimes a really hot shower will do the trick too.

Morning headaches affect about one person in 13 in the general population and are associated with depression and anxiety disorders, according to an article in the January 12 issue of The Archives of Internal Medicine, one of the JAMA/Archives journals.
According to the article, waking up with a headache is traditionally associated with sleep disorders. Studies have reported a high association between morning headache and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, and snoring.
Sufferers of persistent morning headaches should seek medical help or examination for depression

you are probably not sleeping good enough. Like maybe sleep apnea or some other kind of sleep disorder. I used to wake up with headaches went to a sleep study and found out I stop breathing when i sleep. Ask your doc about sleep disorders. And look up some local sleep studies in your area. gl
