Sounds like a migraine headache. Sometimes your head won't hurt until after those symptoms.

Megan,
I am not exactly sure what your question is, however, if you are experiencing blurred vision and nausea symptoms, I would recommend you seek medical expertise, and possibly seek out a neuroligist for a neurological examination.
I experienced vertigo and blurred vision in 1991, along with fatigue, and I finally sought out medical advice. I ended up being diagnosed with a large brain tumor that was causing my symptoms. Had I not had the surgeries to remove it, I would have become a parapalegic or quadrapalegic.
I am not saying this is what is causing your symptoms, however, one does not know the cause until they know.

The presence of nausea and vertigo is of special concern. There is a fair
chance that you are just going through a particularly "nasty" headache, but
much more serious neurological problems can also display this pattern of initial
symptoms. Once again, use your best judgement, and if these symptoms are
unusual for you have it checked immediately by a physician.

Did you hit your head? Sounds like symptoms of a migraine too. Check with doc if it continues, that sounds serious.
