As well as all the meat answers you should try barbecuing squashes. They taste great with just a bit of butter added when you serve them.

My husband bbq's WELL into the winter...lol...so bbq weather for us is all year round...(and we live in a snowy climate...he's weird though!

We love italian chicken, steaks, kebabs are good yes yes!!! but you know...even hamburgers and hot dogs taste better over that fire...

Another good thing, is to wrap meat, and vegies and seasonings up in a foil pouch, and throw it on the grill...we love foil dinners!!!

We had our first one on Sunday, and will probably have one every week! We have about 15 ppl round and do the same stuffe very time -
Burgers
Sausages
Minted Lamb
Chicken Kebabs
Pork chops
Steak bits
Salmon

Then we have lots of salad, coleslaw, potato salad,, pickles, cheese, baked potatoes, relish.

And of course, beer, lager, wine and PIMMS!! love the Pimms!

It has to be steak, yummy! oh and I just love making salmon and cherry tomato kebabs with a touch of pesto sauce! Gorgeous!

Id say it nearly is I cant see why it wouldnt be easter weekend.
I dont usually like peppers but on a barby they are really nice.
My dad usually does mushrooms but they have a tendancy of burning me when I bite into them cause they are full of liquid.

try pineapple on the barbie - it brings out its sweetness!

or marinated prawns in foil parcel (just plonk on bbq and cook for 5 mins). Juicy!

Oh fish is wicked on a BBQ... but yeah love kebabs ... ohh i cant wait .. ice cold cider and a BBQ .. now thats summer !
