Caffeine is quite bad for you...

Yes, it can give you the shakes, headaches, nausea, gut rot and a host of other problems.

An overload of caffeine can also cause heart attack (that's why there's a warning on cans of drinks like Red Bull).

Yes, caffiene is a stimulant, and any stimulant used in excess can give you the shakes and make you feel trembly.
You can also develop headaches when you cut back on your caffiene intake if you have developed a cellular dependence on caffiene.

Yes, it can, especially in high doses (but some people are more sensitive to caffeine, and lower ones will do that too.) But if you cut out the caffeine, and you still have the shakes, you should see a doctor.

Yes that is exactly what caffeine does to you. If it makes you feel this way then don't drink or take anything with caffeine in it.
