Yes & No. Might sound strange but the basic bone structure or skeleton of humans differs from one race to another. There are also slight differences in the anatomies of different races.

No because of these reasons: For example, a very potent painkiller called Analgin, can safely be consumed by persons from the Australoid race- but not all. Mongoloids or others can suffer from instant poisoning and even death if they took even half that dose of Analgin. This indicates that there is something very different in the anatomies of these races, possibly in the digestive system where some gland that secretes certain fluids might be present or missing.

Another example- Far Eastern men have very little or no hair on their body as compared to the other three main races, where men without body hair are considered feminine. Blacks or Negroids, for some reason, tend to have stronger muscles.

And of course, there's Melatonin- or the coloring pigment that gives our skins the various shades.

If you take a good look at the geography of this planet, you'll see that people who live in the west- mainly Europe- are fair while Africans are dark or black, Middle East and South Asians come in different colors and sizes and Far East Asians such as Chinese or Japanese and Koreans, Filipinos and Indonesians etc are generally pale yellow with slit eyes.

That is because of the effect of the Sun on our planet. Far East Asians see the sunrise first and due to the latitudinal and longitudinal positions of their countries, recieve intense sunlight. Hence, they have those slit eyes and high cheek bones that protect them from all that extra glare from the sun.

A majority of European countries, being more towards the North, recieve lesser sunlight and generally have cooler climate. Hence, its inhabitants are originally fair. Africans in contrast, earlier lived in forests and were exposed to harsh sun, since the continent is towards the southern half of this planet. Hence, Africans are generally dark or black.

Red Indians and other original South American races appear to be some sort of a variant of Far East Asians but adapted to those continents.
The skeletal frame differs because people of different races, in ancient times, had to live in different ways and adapt to their environment.

Yes, because basically the internal organs such as the brain, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and external organs of ALL humans are the same, regardless of the race. Sizes may differ and be in proportion with the body but overall, the body parts remain the same in all.

Unless of course, some part was surgically removed or damaged in an accident or the person was born with some defect.

Yes we all have the same parts on the inside...the only real difference that causes the pigmentation of the skin to be different are the amount of melanocytes (color producing skin cells) and how active they are.

No, that is why your organ donor forms must be filled out correctly and then you need to get a polygraph to verify the answers.
