Best affordable beach resort in South Luzon,Philippines?

We're planning to have a vacation with my US based relatives this coming Holy week, what's the best affordable/presentable beach we can go in South Luzon?

You can either choose between resorts in Cavite or Batangas. Personally, I prefer Batangas as Cavite waters are not-so-good and clean as per me and my family's experience. In Batangas, you can check some beach resorts in Taal, Lemery or Nasugbu. You can also check Grande Island Resort or Puerto Galera in Mindoro.
