A short while ago I posted a question invoking the all-too-apparent similarities between christianity's "god" / "Jesus" / etc... and Cthulhu.... implying (of course) that christians are in fact worshipping Cthulhu.

The question got instantly deleted... like so fast I didn't even get to see it up for an instant.

Does this not stick of someone trying to cover up the truth to you?

[ And will this question likewise be deleted under the same circumstances? ]

[ Ah... how typical that the christians wouldn't know who or what Cthulhu is....

He is one of the Great Old Ones... a vast and unworldly entity said to have been sleeping somewhere beneath the pacific ocean since before the dawn of humanity, totally unknown to us. His influence is vast, able to spread through the minds of certain people and influence them on a subconscious level. He gathers his human cults together by whatever means necessary for the day when he returns from his death-like slumber in R'lyeh and consumes them all.... The remainder of humanity then panics, wars break out everywhere and the whole place gets wrecked.

... Sound familiar? ]

Wow, I can't believe there are so many people who have no idea who Cthulhu is! My husband used to have a bumper sticker on his car: "Cthulhu for President: Why Settle for the Lesser Evil?" It has been years since I read any Lovecraft stories, but I do wonder what the similarities you speak of are. I think Cthulhu has a few more appendages than Jesus!

yes, I had a question that never showed also. It was about why the Koran and Islam is false. Guess we can't talk about that either. So the fundamentalists do NOT own this site.

No, I don't see any conspiracy. People report, questions and answers get deleted. People do this on an individual basis, not as a conspiracy.

It's crass and unreasonable to delete good questions because some people don't like to think, but it's no conspiracy.

This sounds nothing like God. You are sadly mistaken and obviously very confused. Perhaps you should study the Bible and get your information correct before making such silly assumptions.

At times it seems like the fundamentalists own this site.

Why do all your questions try to negate other people's fundamental beliefs? I don't smell a conspiracy, I smell a rat.
