Send an email to the sherriff of whatever county that you live in and have them drive by the home and stop when they get the chance. Let them know that you just want them to look over the property and check out the animals. Let them know the whole story. I hope that this helps. Most of the county sherriff departments know how to handle incidents like this. Have a great evening.
Thanks,

Definately report this guy to every law enforcement agency you can think of....
Try the local sheriff's department. Actually, go down there and explain the situation in person. That way, an officer will not be seen at your home by the neighbor.
Go to the Humane Society and report him there, just explaim your concerns, the circumstances and that you need to remain anonymous.
Pitt Bull fighting is very serious and very illegal. So is cock fighting. Once he has been visited, he may stop trying to raise pups to fight. If he doesn't, keep calling!
I have a pitt pup...well, not really a pup..he's over 2. I adore my dog and he is very good with my kids, other pets and a wonderful addition to my family. As little as 2 years ago, the shelter I got him from would have euthanized him just because he is a pitt. Pitts get a very bad rep because of people like your neighbor and it is important for the breed that these people be stopped!
As far as the poseter above, I don't think he read your story. Yes, pitts are wonderful dogs if taken care of by responsible owners. However, people that breed them for heightened aggressiveness and train them to fight make them dangerous. It sounds like your neighbor may be one of those people and the dogs could become a danger to you, your kids and the community in general.

It is true that the dogs could eventually become hostile towards you & your family, but as long as you avoid your neighbor if you feel threatened then there shouldnt be any problem.
As the one poster said, pitts have gotten a bad rep because of neighbors like yours, but what people fail to realize is that 90% of pit bull attacks are caused because the dog was being agitated in some way or another, and not because the dog is categorized as being dangerous animals.
If the animals become a problem, then report the neighbors.
All in all just live normally and only report if it becomes a problem.

There are 2 ways you can go about this. Contact your local humane society or go online to the spca and report them. They never will tell the person who reported them especially if you reiderate that you want this to remain annonymous. Is there any other neighboors around? If so it could be any one of them as well that reported them. Please not only for the sake of your kids but for the sake of these animals..please report them NOW. If you don't want to tell me their address and I will report them for you.Pit bulls being into a forced situation of fighting will become very angry and may eventually get loose and will run in a pack and have been known to kill humans. This is very serious and I really hope you will do something about it. TODAY! Good luck.

history has shown that true apbt dont harm people just animals and as a life time breeder i will tell you if they are true pit bulls you have very little to fear about your children may be pets but not kid, and being that they are in the country makes me feal that they are tring to stay away from people and have a safer enviroment for animal husbandry which is legal and every us citizen has the right to practice animal husbandry just as every one has the right to reproduce themselfs no matter how dumb or poor or usless,
chickens who cares they are the most killed and eaten creature on the planet just check your local kfc bbq joints and dog and cat foods. they can fight and be legal still in some states.and what is the big deal with that if you can run a beagle dog in thick brier patches after rabbits or run coon dog into coons and fight or hunt boar with dogs or coyotes.
dont fear the pit bull fear the cross bred dogs being called pit bulls dont sweat the chickens they can harm you and taste good with bbq sauce.

i think of the pitbull could take the poultry desirable away. lol i think of you advise, a former canines scuffling with pitbull? Im undecided if he has, perhaps in one million or 2 episodes yet I cant bear in mind off the perfect of my head. That teach "dogtown" does cope with those canines each and all of the time tho, identity watch that teach to get some genuine perception into rehabbing purely about all those abused/scuffling with animals. there grew to become into even a Dogtown episode all approximately treating the Michael Vick canines.... verify it out.

Call the police from a toll phone and leave an anonomous tip about the fighting. They won't ask you for your name.

Simply email PETA with all the details. (Their website is PETA.ORG)
Those obsessive animal rights wackos will take care of the problem for you.
They even have an animal abuse hot line you can call.
