I am a canadian citizen who came over to the US on a student visa and would love to stay here permantely. I have not been in school for the past 5 months and will be going to back into school in August but in the mean time I am out of status, so they call it and am here ilegally. I own a home here and have been working iunder the table and I want to go to work on the table, in the books. How can I get caught and if so will I be deported and will I be able to come back. Another question is that if I were to go back up north right now to visit my family, will they let me right back in or what do I have to do.
I can't understand why the government will not allow me to work here, I would much rather work and dedcuct taxes which is better for him then to be working under the table.

Regardless of where you are from you are now ILLEGAL. Working under the table is just what the ILLEGALS do. The terms of your visa is that you are to be in school. You do not have a work visa so yes, if caught you will be processed.

OK
as a Canadian Citizen you are allowed to stay in the US for 3 month without any particular Visa
the problem is because you had a visa that mean you are
register with INS ,
you can always go back to visit your family bu before you go you should call INS and ask them what to do
to keep your statue also remember since you have a home in the US and have being paying taxes on that home it is a +
meaning that you have invested in the country
but don't tell them about working under the table (never never mention)
by the way if you don't have any prouf that you have valated your visa (for not being in school) you can visit your parent and return wihtout a problem
GOOD LUCK

I just hate to hear stories like that. Why you wait to be illegal? I would like to pull your ears!! Why to wait to have that kind of trouble? Well, you still have a chance. Go and enroll in the school and go to any immigration office and show the proof that you are in the school. Explain to them what happened if they ask you to give details. Here I know many Venezuelans that are illegal and enrolling in school to avoid deportation, then becoming illegal again and they work without papers and go back to school and that help them to save their *** form being deported. Good luck.

Since you are illegal in the USA you need to leave and go back to Canada or be arrested as an illegal alien. Any one from anywhere that has overstayed his/her visa is in violation of federal laws.,no exceptions. You are compounding your felony by working and not paying taxes. Do it legally or go back to your home country.Illegal is illegal.

Jessica stop spamming and advertising its a TOS violation.

I hate to sound heartless, but I hope you will be deported. Before that happens though, I would do everything in your power to become legal. Even if it means leaving the country and then reapplying to come back.

Yes, you are an illegal alien and will be deported.
