Usually when you two spend a lot more time together. Dating consists of going out to dinner and sometimes a little nightcap. When you're officially boyfriend and girlfriend, you go to parties together, you hang out friends a lot more often and you just spend a lot more time together. When things start hitting that point, it's probably best to talk about it and see where he believes what your status is. Hope this helps.

I say if you are only seeing that person and want to be with that person when you are not around him/her and the two of you talked about it, your could consider yourself at a gf/bf level. Make sure the other person feels the same way, so you do not feel like a fool if the other person doesn't feel the same way! Make sure you are both on the same page! Good luck!

If you are seeing that person and that person only/ I would say you are bf/gf. You don't say how old you are, not that it really matters. Enjoy being together.

It's a very thin line between the two, you could say you are still dating him, but call him your boyfriend. It's a tough call, at least for me.
