You are kidding right?
If you are serious though, go see a doctor and start exersicing immediately. Also watch your diet. It will affect you sometime in the future and then it will be too late.

Cayenne pepper, ginger and garlic can all improve blood flow, either add them to your food or take them in capsule form. If you choose this option go to your health food store and find out the recommended dosage. You need to increase your exercise levels as well. There is also some speculation that too many dairy products and refined carbs – such as white bread and sugar, can also have negative effects. Of course smoking is a no no for sufferers of bad circulation – but of course you don’t do that. You might also like to treat yourself to a reflexology session to get the blood flowing

I have almost the same problem with my circulation, however, I get a lot of white spots on my arms and legs. The best thing that I found for my bad circulation is exercise and a lot of water. Hope it helps.

Hi,
Obviously this isn't a diagnosis. You should seek medical advice. I used to use odorless garlic capsules. Also Cod liver oil capsules are good for a healthy heart and improves circulation.
These can be picked up fairly cheaply at ure local herbalists. And there is plenty of info on the web about these products.

Herbs are not going to help you, well maybe ginger and cinnamon tea is okay but you really need a good specialist doctor to help you with your symptoms because you can lose your limbs from poor circulation.
You will benefit greatly from massage. I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet and my husband took massage therapy and got a license so he could help me with my circulatory problems: Swedish massage and Reflexology (but mostly Reflexology will help you so much. Reflexology is massage of the feet - they can also do it one hands.

There is no such thing as "bad circulation".
But maybe you have Raynaud's syndrome.
Refer to this online and check out your symptoms.
