This is only a part of the saying and some elements are missing from the sentence. You might like to have the exact text:
Chaque jour je t'aime davantage, aujourd'hui plus qu'hier et bien moins que demain.
Every day I love you more, today more than yesterday and far less than tomorrow.
It is a verse from a poem written by Rosemonde Gerard (1871-1953) which appears in her first volume of poetry "Les Pipeaux".
The quote is still widely used in France for Valentine's day and as a symbol of non-ending love.
It is occasionally condensed to " Je t'aime plus qu'hier et moins que demain" on jewelry as it would be too long a sentence to engrave in its totality.

Spoing W is right... but here is the pronunciation:
je = the e is pronounced like the u in knuckle... j sound is the same
t'aime = teme
plus = plusse
qu'hier= ki yer
mais= may
moins= mwan
que = ke
demain=duh man (don't pronounce the n sound completly)
