Heavenly Father created all mankind, therefore we consider him our Father, He also is the Father to Jesus, making us all brothers and sisters. If satan is not our brother does that mean Heavenly Father did not create him? Where did satan come from then? I just was curious as to other peoples beliefs, not here to hate or anything, just curious. Knowledge is power!

Logically Satan is our brother if Jesus is our brother.

I believe that Satan was one of the brightest children of God but decide that he wanted all of Gods glory and thought he could save all but we know that this is not possible. 1/3 of heaven went with him and are his angels and that will be the highest glory he will ever obtain.

Satan was cast out because he chose not to accept his second estate. And now he knows that he cannot ever recieve the glory which God has and lives and trys to bring as many as he can with him.

God used him in the plan of salvaltion thats all but his purpose is soon over and he will be bound.

The usual answer to this is that Satan was one of the fallen angels. He was part of a revolt in Heaven and was kicked out along with his mates (Lucifer, etc.)

My answer is...Satan does not exist except as a symbol of my own philosophy.

I believe Satan is the evil created by each individual. Satan is a bad spirit. He has no body. He is like a cold that gets into our body and makes us miserable; makes us do bad things. Satan is just a name for the evil we do and God is a name for the good that we do.

Read "The Origin of Satan" by Elaine Pagels. It's a manmade myth.

He also created the angels. Satan is a fallen angel - because He wanted to be like God, he was kicked out of heaven and a whole bunch of angels followed him.

He is very, very clever and evil. He hates humans and works to destroy us, mostly by deception.

AMONG all the ANGELS that were on SAMUEL side. ANGELS now known are DEMONS.
