Anything healthy for the inside is great for the outside. Lots of protein, fatty fish like salmon, olive oil, avocado and lots and lots of water.
You can also try making yourself egg white face masks, just slightly whipped egg whites on your face for about 15 mins, helps pull toxins out of your skin.
Good Luck

Your skin is a reflection of your overall health, so although it's a boring answer - eat a well-balanced diet. Things like dark veggies and fruits (they have the most vitamins) are great. Stay clear of oils (except ex-virgin olive oil, the skin needs some healthy fats) and greasy food. I'm here in a country now where they use lots of oil in all their foods, and most of the people have acne.
Water, water, water. Seriously the best thing you can intake for your skin.

A healthy diet is important, for sure, but for me, the first thing I realize when my skin starts looking poor is that I've gone off my water again! If I drink lots of water, my skin always rewards me!
