Several uncles and cousins of mine used to stutter and found help by getting a book from the Stuttering Foundation of America "Self Therapy for the Stutterer." It has 12 steps to follow to gain fluency, but you need determination and lots of practice. The referral list of speech therapist for India is on this page http://www.stutteringhelp.org/Default.aspx?tabid=298. You might find some information that is helpful to you by looking at the brochures on this page http://www.stutteringhelp.org/Default.aspx?tabid=131 such as the one on using the telephone. One of my uncles told me that the more he tried not to stutter, the more he did. Once he worked on overcoming the fear of stuttering in front of people and stopped trying not to stutter, he found that he stuttered less. Maybe, that would be the first place for you to start.

Know what? James Earl Jones, famous for the voice of Darth Vadar in the Star Wars movies, had a stuttering problem.
He found that he had less trouble speaking words that were written down.
I know that it's impractical to write down daily random chit-chat stuff, but perhaps you could write down things you plan to say the next day, such as saying 'hi' to someone cute, and read them aloud to yourself before you go to bed.

Say these things

"He thrusts his fists against a post and still insists he sees the ghost"
"She sells seashells by the sea shore"

It works for people on TV
