The Crunch Gym's DVD Burn and Firm Pilates - it is very upbeat and fun. I've had it for months and I'm still not bored with it. I ordered it on Amazon.com.

Try Denise Austin's Pilates for Everybody. She also has other Pilates dvds and other excercies to choose from. Very satisfied with the dvds.
