Only 5 more lbs and I will qualify for overweight... And I look fat, cuz I'm so short, becuase I have short legs and a short torso, 120 looks really fat on me.

I have checked many "Ideal weight" calculators and they all are saying 95 lbs for me! That makes me like 25 over my ideal weight!
And no I do not mind looking rather skinny. People liked me better when I was so wth?

You've already posted this question. Your gain is your body adjusting to a new routine, and possibly new found muscle mass, depending on how intense your work-out routine is.

If you continue on this diet plan and exercise at every opportunity, you should lose weight in about 1 month. You are not fat, just average. You may want to tone up and lose some flab maybe, but that's all. The most important thing is you have to be healthy, do not be overly concerned with your weight.

ur weight is perfectly fine. u may worry about your weight when u see those super skinny girls on ramp or on the streets.what we don't understand is that these girls starve themselves and some of them suffer from anoeroxia. They r just destroying and damaging their bodies in the long run. Eat well balanced diet. avoid oily stuff and drink at least 5 ltrs water and try yoga and pranayam. it worked very well for me!!!!. It will take some time but results will definately show.

Just remember these diets won't work for a long time.one or the other time u will fall for those cravings. so stop dieting and eat healthy.

You have built muscle which weighs more then fat but takes up a lot less room. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn.

No, you are not fat. You wouldn't even qualify for overweight but like 99% of women, you are obsessed with your weight. Thank the media for that.

I don't think you fat by anyones standards. Going down to 100lbs might make you look very unhealthy and sick. Before you go any further, do some homework and find out what your ideal weight it using a BMI calculator.

Okay. I just googled and found you smack dab in the middle of average. ERASE the 100lb goal from your mind. PLEASE don't be so STUPID!
1. If you are exercising you may build muscle.. that is heavier .. you DO know that right?
2. Do you look good in the mirror? PROBABLY.

If you want to get in better shape, build endurance get stronger etc. that is FANTASTIC>.. but stop thinking about being fat or not fat or chunky or whatever. YOu are buying the media lie.
GROW UP

you gained weight because you were building muscle.. muscular healthy looking women are much more attractive than sickly anorexic looking women! 120 is just right.. don't try to get down to 100!

According to this health calculator, you are fine. Don't give in to what the media says you should look like; think of your health.
