Being a single student will allow you to concentrate on your studies, however, everyone needs companionship. Seek someone with similar goals that understands the time you must devote to college. I'm sure you are a good hearted person simply because of the fact you care about yourself and how you relate with others. Time will bring you happiness if you don't push and let nature take it's course.

If you want to be single go for it. I mean, no where it says that you HAVE to be with someone. The advantages are that you can travel many places, go meet different people, have a wonderful time and not be tied down. The disadvantages are not having that level of love and emotional feelings that you do when you are in a relationship. Either way, things can be okay, but you have to decide what you want out of life! Have a a good one!

Its okay not to be a single - there someone u can talk to and be pleasured through intimacy.
its ok to be a single- cause its hard for you to concentrate on ur studies if ur in a relationship
its ok if ur not single- cause u will receive some gifts and celebrate things together
Its not ok if ur in a relationship- there's a chance u cant finish ur school yet if u get pregnant. its hard to avoid that.
its ok to have a bf/gf- if ur partner is rich, and stable. he can be for long term relationship?y not?
Its not ok - if u are pressured to be singe or not.. just think that "time will come for this" and "having a bf/gf is not someting we need to search.
its OK to be single when ur still a college student.. - says our parents.
and ITs really ok NOT to be SINGLE if ur happy with ur partner.. enjoy the moment, or else ul missed so many things in the present. but make it sure that UR doing it in the RIGHT way..hope that helps..

Yes it is ok to be single!!
Disadvantages:
-Intimate relationships can be hard to maintain when you're in college and you have other things [like assignments, meetings, etc] that take up a lot of your time.
-If your relationship is unstable it can really disturb you focus. For example, if your bf/gf isn't in college and you find out they're cheating, then your focus is taken away from college if you feel you have to "do" something to salvage or work on your relationship.
Advantages:
-You can date who you want, whenever you want.
-You don't have to worry about "spending" time with your significant other to maintain your relationship.

Im a college student and im single. Between working, school and friends i dont really have time for a boyfriend. Also when I was dating my last boyfriend I felt that I let my grades slip alittle because I would go out with him when I should have been studying.

Yes, it is okay for you to be single. What you are probably in your early 2O's ? Enjoy it, be young, figure out your career. Relantionships are great and there are many positive things about it. I know that I have let love and relantionships control my life. But I have been dating on and off. Nothing serious and I have maintained my own career. So now I know my next serious relantionship I will be more independent and secure with myself. My advice is enjoy being single. You get to flirt and not get any dirty looks.!!

It's perfectly fine! I'm a college student and I was single too, I have a bf now but he's long distance. Not having one lets you have more focus and time to devote to your work and hobbies. But it also means you'll be lonely and seeking one for companionship, which is fine too.

the advantage is that when you are single, less of your time is consumed by maintaining your relationship.
the advantage of a relationship is that some may be therapeutic and rewarding in many aspects. First you have to find a good partner, then again, that is time consuming.

OK? It's great! Dating should be the last thing on your mind in college. In fact, it should be the last thing on your mind at all times. As I like to say, "Boyfriends come and go, but a degree lasts forever."
