Anything that's called a high lift tint. Beige blonde will work.......ash blonde might just be to grey-blonde.

I suggest you go to a beauty salon and get a professional opinion,,I had very dark hair and I had a professional beach my hair and with very good results.. Buying a do it your self kit from a store might ruin you hair.. save your money and get it done by a pro

Just do highlights to start off and then you can always add more the next time you do them if you want to go lighter.
