I would only use it if your back has broken out.

Ideally use a lufa with a stick on it and a clean and natural soap (if you have bad acne use oxy wash on the lufa)

Never use mineral oil in creams/oils as it hardens skin.

Hydrogen peroxide will dry your skin out, maybe too much. Try :

4 teaspoon of lemon juice

8 teaspoon of witch hazel

2 teaspoon of alcohol

Mix all the ingredients. Strain and pour into a air-tight large bottle. This lotions is good for greasy skin

Yes it entirely works as a spot treatment. Additionally...For those who believe a pimple lurking (haha) put it instantaneous earlier than you go to bed and don't touch that spot or mess with it and it'll fully dry it out. Simply don't get it in your eyebrows. Haha. It works first-rate when you've got type of oily dermis for the reason that it dries it out. When you feel your dermis commencing to dry out an excessive amount of simply discontinue using it for a couple of days. All of those high-priced pimples treatments have peroxide as a predominant ingredient.

I would've thought it might be a bit overkill. It's generally considered safe to use for such a purpose if diluted, but perhaps something less fierce like tea tree oil (anti bacterial, anti septic) might work?

"In the treatment of moderate acne, topical application of 5% tea tree oil has shown an effect comparable to 5% benzoyl peroxide."
