I have problems keeping asleep at night, school nights to be specific. I have no stress at school or anywhere at all for that matter. How can i help this problem because ive had it for a while? Once again it is keeping asleep at night.

Give it an outlet. Give it flesh, whatever it is. Articulate it in a way that is natural for you -- writing, jogging, dancing, playing music, talking with family or friends or both... Give it an outlet. Above all, be honest. Do not run away...

You are not sleeping because some inner function within you is not being consorted and is resolving it -- albeit slowly -- by keeping you awake. 'May be that you are not suppose to sleep. If your higher self wants you awake, you'll stay awake, see?

Never mind about all the supposed sleep medications. You are already medicating, the first of which steps are writing Yahoo Answers.

Go talk to some people you like or love or both. These are the greatest doctors and psychologists.

Are you getting enough physical activity and exercise during the day? Keep busy every minute of the day, find an activity the causes you to move and use excessive energy.. Read a good book before you go to sleep. Think about the best thing things about being "you". IF you still need more help think of all the states and their capitials begin with the states that begin with the letter A then B, C etc. Name them and soon you will be fast asleep due to boredom.

it comes in 1 mg;2 mg & 3 mg..
