I do!! Years ago when my son was just 9-10ms old, he liked to crawl down the stairs to the basement. So I had to watch him very carefully. One day, he was standing on the top step of about 18 stairs and he decided to stand up on his shaky little legs. As I raced toward him to grab him, he got "pushed up" and into the kitchen. Freaked me out, but I was so happy he didn't fall backward. My Mom had just died a month earlier, I feel it was her spirit watching over him that saved him from falling backwards.

I do believe in spooks, I do believe in spooks. I always felt bad for that poor lion on the wizard of oz. I don't believe ghosts are real, because people go straight to Paradise or Hell when they die, but I do believe evil spirits, and some good spirits reign here on earth. The evil spirits trick people into believing they are the deceased. They also possess people. It's all in the Bible, just read the story about Legions, the demon possessed man in the Bible that Jesus healed.
I don't mean to discredit the story above me. I really like your story about your mom pushing the baby to safety. I think there are gaurdian angels, and that could have been an angel protecting your kid. I just don't believe deceased people are here on earth. God bless.

Many people think that they're esxist . For that matter, a certain woman in western Canada is said to have a special gift involving angels. If you give her your full name along with $200, she claims that she will put you in touch with your guardian angel. First, she meditates by focusing on the flame of a candle. Next, she has a vision in which your angel gives her a message to pass on to you. As a bonus, the woman provides a sketch of what your angel looks like.

To some, this may seem to be on a par with a tale about French King Louis IX. He supposedly bought very expensive feathers said to have fallen from the wings of the Archangel Michael. While questioning that story, many would not for a moment doubt the Canadian woman's claims.

Very simply because think...

When you have to make a bad or good decision you feel either good or bad influence.

I think we all feel spirits and there influence around us and there are good and bad ones that are doing Gods work or the Devils work.

If we could see them it would be a give away and we would no longer need faith right?

I testify that there is a true church and God gives us the answers that we need to make through this life and learn what he would have us learn.

It is a promise in the book of Mormon that if you read it and ask God in the name of Christ if these things are true he will manifest it to you through the holy ghost.

I think once you feel that it will truly answer your ?

It depends on your definition of spirits. I don't believe in spirits powerful enough to haunt people. if you are talking about spirits as found in living, then of course they exist.

Yes. Angels are spirits. Demons are fallen angels. The bible discusses both. We live in the midst of an invisible spiritual realm that is at war. Satan is a fallen angel who seeks to destroy the things of God.

Read "The Screwtape letters" by C.S. Lewis. It has a good description of this battle.

yes I do, and as crazy as it makes me feel to say this, I have personally had an experience in my grandparents house after my grandfather passed.
I moved back home to take care of my Grandmother after my Grandfather passed, a few days later I was laying in the bed crying because i wasn't sure if I could handle taking care of my Grandmother who was in the beginning stages of Alzheimer's and I felt someone put their hand on my shoulder in a consoling manner, when I turned my head expecting to see my grandmother thinking maybe she heard me crying, there was no one there. and yes it freaked the hell out of me. I eventually fell asleep only to be woken up around 3:00 in the morning because i felt a tug at the foot of my bed as if someone was pulling on the covers trying to wake me. At first I just kicked it off and continued sleeping but it happened again, this time I woke up startled and began looking under the bed to see if maybe a mouse or something might of pulled the sheets but again nothing was there.
finely I said out loud, Grand-dad. I love you and miss you so much but your starting to scare me. I'm not ready for your visits. Please stop.
I never experienced anything again.
Like I said I feel like a nut case saying that but I know it happened and anyway that I try to figure out another possibility, I cant. I know what and how it felt.
