Clean the tub.
Take a long hot bubblebath.
Or take a nap....

Get a shower! That is the first thing I do when I got that precious hour before my little one wakes up. But mostly I get on line, pay bills, cook breakfast or do some exercises. Good luck and use your hour wisely!

you are the luckiest person. My toddlers get up every morning at 5:45 am, i would love to have a hour for myself in the morning to go and work in the garden or just to stay with hubby in bed uninterrupted

I had my best days when I sat on the back porch glider reading something inspirational, or the Bible, and meditated a bit. That gave me the most enthusiasm for the day. (Including the dishes in the sink lol)

Take a hot bath (by yourself for once- I can relate, I have a 26 month old and if I get to actually take a bath-not a rushed shower- she's with me!!), sit and enjoy the quiet, drink a cup of coffee. Enjoy the peacefulness!!

Well, if you haven't showered and gotten dressed for the day - go do that. Then have a cup of coffee and read the paper or do somethings around the house that is easier for you to do when your toddler is asleep.

I love when they sleep.Well there's not much you can do but maby have some time to yourself. Take a nice hot bath, read a book. In that little hour you could even take a nap too.

Exercise for about 20 minutes.....take 10 minutes to plan your day.
Then take the next 30 minutes to sit quietly with tea/coffee/orange juice and do nothing.

I'd have given anything for my kids to have regular naps that you could plan around as I was always really tired from night time feeding so, I'd say have a nap but, if the baby lets you get enough sleep, have a pamper session, hair, nails etc.

No fair. I have to get my toddler up because we have to take her sister to school.
If I had an hour to myself first thing in the morning, I would have a cup of coffee, watch morning television or read a book or magazine. I might even play a computer game. Enjoy it and I'm soooo jealous.
