i started to feed her scrambled eggs around 10.5 months WITH a ok from her doctor. he told me just make sure egg is cooked all the way no runny yolk. but ask the DR.

Atleast 4 months ago. Dr approved it also he was 9 1/2 - 10 months

Both my children have had a lil salt in food i cook, My son is 15 and very healthy daughter is 6. It wont hurt them My grandma is 96 and she ate salt, fed her kids salty foods, and all are well......................

Before he/she was even one. Boil the egg and after 7 minutes take it out, crack it, peel it then slice it in half, add alittle salt and watch him/her enjoy.

I think 'they' (whoever they are) say to wait until they are a year old so nothing stopping you!

I'm sure you not stupid but DO NOT add salt to ANYTHING your baby eats, as suggested by Jamrock below - nothing NEEDS salt and it can be harmful to babies.
