I would suggest that you re-apply again, renew your documents by obtaining new documents from your sponsors...
- Did you have proof of sufficient funds
- Did you show strong social ties such as marriage certificates,
- Did you communicate in clear language that the consuler officer could understand.
- Did somebody call the US embassy prior to your interview and give false info about you..
Some of these things happened to me in my visa application... I went for my interview 5 times failing each of them...

you need to learn language better, and be able to first speak it and spell it for anyone to understand you better and be able to help
