I use hot rollers and i go dry. i spray my hair with gel and then roll it. If you use regualer rollers, i would roll when the hair is damp, so it has time to dry and also spray with gel or hairspray.

i have done both. I prefer dry hair with hot rollers. Simply apply a spray gel blow dry and roll. The regular rollers and wet hair method takes too long. I have thick hair and I can never get my hair to dry all the way.

It depends on how much time you have and what kind of rollers you have.

If you're using hot rollers, definitely dry otherwise you'll fry your hair.

If you're using velcro rollers, wet and overnight (or a few hours) is the way to go!

Try out the new line of Pantene Curl Defining Products, they are worth it. They make your curls so beautiful and soft!

Yay for curls!

I know everyone says roll while wet, and it's okay if you have a couple hours and a hooded dryer. If NOT, then do what I do - wash, apply a conditioner (I use the spray kind), blowdry, and THEN apply mousse. Apply to small sections that you will be rolling one by one because mousse dries quickly. Mousse, roll, mousse, roll all over. In 30-45 minutes your hair will be completly dry and ready for some moisture ( I use oil spray OR hair grease) finger comb/comb, and you're ready to go. Total time: 1-11/2 hours

The type of hair you have shouldnt matter much, the principle remains the same.
Use hard rollers and secure them with the flat clips in your hair. roll your hair with moose (its a foam base like setting lotion). Sit under the dryer for a while to get it dry and curl.
To enhance the effect, wash your hair 1st and roll while wet.

I love a wet set....

Dry, if your hair is wet the curls won't stay in they will just fall out strait away.
