dont listen to everyone else...dont drop your calories by crazy amounts, cause your body will get used to this low calorie intake, and one day when you do go back to your 'usual' daily calorie intake, you will put on twice as much weight as before... you wanna be dropping you daily cal intake by about 200 and keep up the excercise. check out formulas like the harry benedict formula, it takes into account your age weight height gender etc and tells you what your daily calorie intake should be if you want to lose, gain or keep the same weight...very handy! good luck!

There are so many possible ways to lose weight. The ideal method will depend on how much weight you want to lose, body metabolism and how much time and effort you're willing to devote. I suggest reading as much material as you can get your hands on.

lift free weights.. and do cardio...

one thing to remember.
1 pound of fat burns 1 calory when you sleep
1 pound of muscle burns 50 calories when you sleep...

starvation diets remove muscle not fat. so they dont really work

reduce your calorie intake by 500 the first week and do cardio... you'll drop the weigh.
