A hot water bottle does it for me every time. If you want to take a painkiller, ibuprofen is a good one, but if you don't then I suggest a walk, to stretch out those tummy muscles, or if it's just too painful then proceed directly to armchair and hot water bottle.

The only ones that spring to mind at the computer without going away to consult a Homoeopathic book or nutrition book are Raspberry Leaf tea , Dandelion tea and increasing your Iron and Magnesium deficiencies .
You should give more information . Is it too much blood flow irregular , periods that go on to long Suppressed Periods .Periods that cause pain in the womb ( for this try a hot water bottle on the troublesome area . I would suggest you reform your question and re submit as other people may also be able to help you if they have more information

Kava Kava or evening primrose are good natural pms treatments. Nothing beats a hot water bottle or a heating pad and a cup of tea.

Hi the best one I have found is juniper oil mixed well with a carrier oil and massage it into your tummy hips and tops of your legs its very soothing. but make sure u dilute it well usually about 30mls of carrier oil (wheat germ oil or almond oil is very good) you add 7 drops of juniper oil. mix well by shaking. You can put 10 drops into a bath of water if you prefer and just relax in the bath. DO NOT USE JUNIPER IF YOU ARE PREGNANT.
