Yes, pasta is good for that, it gives you the energy you need to get up and go plus it wont make you fat unless you eat an extreme amount of it.

It's about calories (therefore portion size and fat content, etc.) Go ahead and eat the pasta but measure it out according to the serving size and track the calories. Also, consider eating veggies in the pasta or sprinkling in edamame (tasteless but good protein source, it's soy beans). That way, you're not just getting a simple carb "burst" of sugar in the morning. You'd be getting protein and vegetables and all.
You're saying you're not overweight but want to tone up. Focus on toning then and you'll probably lose a little weight, too. Do pushups, situps (crunches), and walk or jog and you'll probably get in shape easily.

I guess it's ok to eat the pasta because it's the morning and you can easily loose it off but be aware that you don't get into the habit of eating all the time in the morning. I used to do that and I'd complain about not loosing weight.

Sorry but a definite no to pasta. I would go for a high fibre cereal and add fruit for extra calories and good for other content. (vitamins, more fibre, chewing and takes longer to digest) We all need to lose weight for the sake of our overall health---- lots of benefits .You need to eat a lot smaller meals but a lot healthier foods as you are having smaller quantities so they have to be better. Exercise as well as smaller portions will help the firming of the figure so go to it and good luck and by answering your question I will have to take my own advice. Changing the way we do things is not easy. You have to be aware that this is a necessary and a really good healthy choice.

Anything that you eat as long as its in moderation and you dont go over your caloric intake is good. Try switching to wheat pasta if possible. One cant deprive themselves of foods they love --it will result in failure. No one should go on a diet, it should be a lifestyle change. In regards to the belly, make sure your eating a enough fiber, not drinking empty calories like coke r dr pepper..and do cardio to burn fat..

I would say yeah eat it in the morning. I once saw on tv "The reverse diet" where you eat your dinner in the morning, and breakfast at night, with the reasoning that dinner is usually the biggest meal of the day. The lady lost like 100 lbs. It makes sense. Try and see what happens, lots of different things work for different people.

Patsa is very fating, not a thing to have for breakfast, will make you feel heavy. Try cereal, smoothies or fruit. Go to the gym & firm up as you said your not over weight. Bread is one thing to avoid, well dont eat too much of it. I lost 3stone in 6mths. I cut out fizzy drinks & high calories stuff. Just ate more healthy. looked after myself feel great now. You can still have treats now & again but dont over indulge. Good luck!!!
