Soak your hand in warm water until your skin softens up. It might take a half hour or more sometimes. This will soften up the skin making it easier to get out.

I have this very weird fetish about getting splinters out. I actually find such enjoyment from it. I know,... weird.
This is what I do when my husband gets wood splinters etc. in his hands. I soak his hand untill the skin soften's. Then I get a sewing needle and clean it in alcohol. Then I use the needle and dig slowly untill I open the skin enough to where the splinter is poking out a little. And I either then squeeze it or use the needle and scrape it out.
Good luck!

Prid salve. You can buy it at any drug store. First soak the area until it is soft. Dry well and put the salve on it. Cover with a bandage overnight. It will draw the splinter to the surface. Then remove the splinter with tweezers.

If you can't get it out with tweezers, then try a scalpel. Open up the area where the splinter went in.

you could try putting a layer of glue on the skin that has the splinter in it let it dry and peel off the dried glue with any luck the splinter will come out with the glue.

wrap some bacon around it, that for some weird reason is supposed to "draw" something out. id leave it there a while then try with the tweezer again. a potato is supposed to do the same, but bacon would be easier in this case

If it isn't big and painful, just band-aid it, and your white blood cells will desolve it over a few days.
