Yes, there is legal & moral problem. Do not be childish & selfish to make girlfriend to enjoy sex & leave, a bad example indeed. Make up your mind , be serious & get married to her first before doing what u r asking for which is not a taboo, after all. I advice u to be religious please. That will generate extra confidence in her mind about u. Show my e-mail to her before taking a decision.

If your girl friend consents to having sex with you and both of you have attained the legal age of having sex, then there is no problem at all. But I would advise you to use a condom to prevent her saddling with an unwanted pregnancy and giving her or yourself getting STDs or HIV from sex.

Yes. Any illicit relationship with sex is likely to land you in health hazards like HIV AIDS, getting you in legal hassles, social and family problems. Otherwise also it is socially and morally an irresponsible act for it denigrates individual's personality.
