I ran out of shampoo once and used washing-up liquid. My hair never looked shinier.
Expect I'll get loads of thumbs down - and they're probably right. Wouldn't do to use it all the time, but it did work for me.

Dry hair can be healed by using conditioner every time after wash. Don't wash ur hair everyday, it only removes natural oir from ur scalp. Do hair mask once a week. Try this Hot oil massages: Warm 2 tsp. of olive oil and 2 tsp. coconut oil and gently massage every part of the scalp for 10-15 minutes. Rinse a towel in hot water, wipe and wind the hair around the head as it cools. After that, shampoo and rinse well. It is good for brittle dry hair.
Don't forget to trim ur hair 4-6 weeks so the ends of ur hair won't be split up.

you are lucky to have any hair left stop ironing it out you need a good treatment once a week ,shampoo your hair then put the treatment on wrap some glad wrap or put a shower cap on wrap a towel around it and just leave it on for about 30 minutes rinse if it still feels dry put some hair conditioner on and dont rinse that out too much it will take a while but it should come back healthy you may need to get some of it cut
from time to time also

Mine is over processed from bleaching ! I use loads of conditioners, leave in serums are good, warm olive oil combed through and left for a few hours (wear a towel) then washed off. If it's really dry try a little baby oil on the dry bits. I use ordinary conditioners (for dry hair) leave in overnight the shampoo and condition again next morning.

after shampooing your hair, massage in gently some plain yoghurt. wrap your head in a warm towel and leave for as long as possible. this is a great hair repair remedy and if you can leave it on for a few hours (while u potter around the house) use a shower cap to keep it all under wraps. just a few sessions of this will definately improve the condition of your hair and scalp. wash it out with warm water, u dont need to use conditioner but if you want to for the scent then do so. but u wont need conditioner for the enriching of your hair coz the yoghurt will do that. some folk dont like the smell so use conditioner for the scent. i personally dont, coz i cant smell it after rinsing it out. good luck. do remember though u have to give it a chance - use it everytime u wash yr hair. i usualy wash my hair first then put in the yoghurt then bath & rinse it off last if i cant keep it on for long.

For dream hair try Louise Galvin's sacred locks which can be purchased on-line. The ingredients are totally natural and there are no SLS, silicone, paraben, propylene, glycol and
phthalates that most shampoos on the market contain. Normal shampoo actually leaves a build up of residue and hair can feel tacky, lack lustre and shine. I have to confess this shampoo is a little pricey but it does live up to everything it claims. My hair was like straw but is now salon beautiful, it has shine and bounce thanks to this wonderful natural product. I will never return to chemical laden shampoo!

it time to start loving ur hair with this good moisturizing mask made with Avocado and banana:
1 organic ripened banana + 1/2 avocado also ripened
2 tablespoons plain organic yogurt
2 teaspoons extra virgin Olive Oil
tip of te teaspoon of honey
Mix all in a high speed blender. Pour over your hair and cover with a plastic cap and warm towel. Leave on for one hour or as long as desired (longer).
Shampoo out with a good quality moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.
et voila
also try with the same technique mayo or egg yolks...or u could just do the avocado with lemon juice. that also works

10 times???????whoa...lucky to have hair...
but,,
go to the health food store, get aloe vera gel in a bottle. it will be clearish and a bit lumpy. after you wash your hair, and towel dry it, pour some aloe gel in your hands, squish the bumps and massage it throughout your hair. comb it thru, and either let it air dry or style as usual. it will make your hair manageable, and shiny, will not make your hair greasy or smelly. if you let it dry naturally, just use your fingers or a wide tooth comb through it.
i think i would do a warm olive oil treatment once a week also. after you wash it, put some warm olive oil and wrap with a towel. let it set for 10-20 minutes, then wash out and condition as usual. you can also use regular mayonnaise instead..
good luck

Washing you hair in washing up Liquid, sounds bizarre but it really does work!! The other thing to do is a hot oil treatment, quite cheap to buy in Boots/superdrugs etc, just a damn good excuse to go pamper yourself!! :-)
