ok i broke up with him like months ago but he still calls me and even tries to come over,and he hadn't called me in like a week but he seen my sister and told her to tell me he waz commin over this weekend, and when ever im in a relationship he comes on to me even stronger and ends up breaking every relationship i have had after him up because the guys find out and think that i cme on to him to (not true) and i told him numerous times that i just wanna be friends and he agrees but acts differently,and should i let him come over,i just dont get the mixed signals HELP!

You and him are stuck with each other, the best way is to recognize this fact and find ways so that the two of you can live peacefully.
If you want to have relationship with another guy, then tell your ex that you want to have relationship with another guy.
Don't forget in the same time to also tell your ex that eventhough you have relationship with another guy, you're still keeping your relationship with your ex, so your ex will not be an ex eventhough that you have relationship with another guy.
Tell your ex that your ex' permission for you to have relationship with another guy is vital, so you need to get the permission.
When you're in a relationship with another guy, tell the another guy that you have your ex' permission to have relationship with another guy. If it's necessary, then dragged your ex and ask your ex to told the another guy that you have the permission to have relationship with another guy.
It should be noted that normal guys don't like intruding into another guy's 'property', as long they don't have the permission and/or there's no 'for rent'/'for sale' sign, they will not enter.

its a competition thing, where whenever u are with another he will try to break u up, distance yourself from him, he is playing games with u, seeks to boost his ego by destroying any relationship your in.
