Something containing zinc, like oysters, or other shellfish. SOME PEOPLE ARE ALLERGIC TO SHELLFISH! Just try a tiny sample one the first occasion, in case of allergy. Don't overdo it, ever, as they may contain heavy metals, too. 6 oysters, once a week, is reasonable, and fish, a few days later.

I take deer velvet capsules daily as asupplement to my diet as does my husband. we initially started taking them to improve recovery of an injured joint, but soon found the added bonus of renewed sexual appetite in both of us.
