It will be the previous day and it would be 8:30 p.m. in the eastern time zone; 7:30 p.m. in the central time zone, 6:30 p.m. in the mountain time zone, 5:30 p.m. in the pacific time zone; 4:30 p.m. in the Alaska time zone and 2:30 p.m. in the Hawaii-Aleutian time zone.

It would be 9:30 PM the day before on the East Coast of the US, 6:30 PM on our West Coast as we are already on daylight savings time and you are not. After you've swithced to daylight savings time (in April?), then when it's 1:30 AM GMT, it's be 8:30 PM EDT and 5:30 PM PDT in our great country, the USA.

Check out this awesome map:
http://www.worldtimezone.com/
That tells you what time it is everywhere. Looks like there is a 6 hour difference between the US (Eastern time) and London.
Hope this helps!

Doesn't it depend where in the US you want to see the time? I thought the US had at least 3 different time zones? (sorry to answer your question with a question)

Depends on where in the US you mean. It can differ from as little as 5 hours, (NY), to as much as 11 hours, (Hawaii).
