I don't believe all the fish are. Some like that rocker might be, but I don't think he lives in the sea.

For the record, he wasn't ridding the earth of evil animals. Just evil people. He had Noah take the animals on the ark so they could repopulate after the flood. Obviously the fish did not need to be taken in the ark, as they were not destroyed.

Surely people are aware that the fish did not die.
This is why the account specifically states, at Genesis 7:21, 22 that everything moving upon the surface of the earth, every living thing in which the breath of the force of life was active in its nostrils - namely all on the dry ground - died. That rules out sea life.

Given the premise that the earth was flooded to eradicate badness, and given that fish live in water, I would think that would indicate quite the opposite, since the very thing they need for life was provided, while other lives were wiped out by it.
Edit: on your additonal details: what on earth are you talking about? ....eh...I must be getting old....

according to religion all those are evil who do hurt others willingly.. And not for those who dont have other choice such as Tigers. they have to... so all fish are not evil at least we cant say that unless we understand feelings to animals as if god understands them. moreover dying .. atleast in eyes of god is not punishment .If u belive in god U must belive in life after death either on this earth aor in heaven thus nothing like dying is punishment . but punishment is the fear of dying, The pain of dying. and sure as god says in different holy books all animals are sinners in old life so they are being punished now in this life. and history also says previously animals were having a much better life as per old religious records......

If's don't count here.
Because it could never happen.
God promise not to use flooding again to cleanse the earth.
Gen 9:11 I establish my covenant with you, that never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of the flood, and never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth."

There is no proof that a biblical flood ever took place. It is a matter of conjecture and opinion. And no, fish are not bad, they contain good proteins and Omega 3 fatty acids that are good for us.

Flood cannot eradicate things completely... If He's real, i think He know how to use fire rather than water.
