Does she own a license to you? If not, then you let HER go. Don't answer her calls, emails, don't respond any more. She will get bored with that and leave. You don't want to spend your life with a nagging bat.

Yes she does... she is just trying to find a reason, trust me she will find one, and it won't be the real reason... Just do yourself a favor and leave her.
