It must have been difficult. In fact I wonder how he knew that he even had all the butterflies, as some species look so much alike that they can not be told apart except by dissection of their genitalia. I am sure this is the case with many other insect species.

There are many accounts in the Bible, which employ a literary device used by Jewish Old and New Testament writers called Midrash. I wouldn't worry about him checking for that, I would worry about me not being able to push the "Check Spelling" button and find out that FLYS is not a word! That is if I were you, of course.

probably would have used his electron microscope i guess,....... then run the images through a mainframe for confirmation.
The last i heard,....... was, he was having trouble with his laptop....... Some insect's got stuck in the key's.
and a couple of dinasaur's fell off the back of the boat....
